Bingo Volunteers Needed, Fundraiser, And Spiritwear Update

Good morning, Band Family.  We still need a few people to volunteer for Bingo tomorrow.  The social distancing and PPE use has been well-observed by patrons and volunteers alike.  We will check both groups for a temperature at the door, but we need at least one more person to volunteer for that job. Bring your own mask, but we will provide face shields and gloves, and LOTS of hand sanitizer.  We also need somebody to hang out until somebody has a bingo.  That volunteer will yell the verification number to the caller.  The pull-tab sellers will sit at tables that have been roped off and will sell pull-tab cards to the patrons.  Please come check it out and give us a hand!  We netted alot of money last week.  Let’s see if we can top it!

Paula Howard wishes to share the following information:

FUNDRAISER: The spirit store is selling plain royal blue masks and one with a cute little graphic of Kentucky with a heart in it. This fundraiser is in conjunction with K3 Kreations (yes, the amazing Mary Kitts!) and we truly appreciate her working with us! By doing fundraising through the online store, we have no physical contact sales and this time, the price includes delivering it anywhere in the continental US!! But we REALLY need your help! Purchasing yourself is entirely optional! But please do your part by sharing the link with family, coworkers and friends all over the US…the royal blue is pretty and anyone anywhere may be interested. You can post to any social media, email it, post to your neighborhood message board, etc.

JUNE PARENT ORDERS:  The vendors are working to have those ready for me soon and will be ready to distribute sometime next week.  I will post specific pick up times as soon as I can.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

With pride!

And in breaking news, band parent Jim Clemons would like to have a band parent reunion/meet and greet and his Blue Stallion Brewing Co.  They have an outside capacity of 25 people and a tent.  Keep your eyes open for an announcement on date and time.

Thanks!  Stay safe out there.
