Dear Henry Clay Band Family,
I hope everyone is staying dry and safe! As we close out this year we need to return items and get some items out. Please read through the items below and respond accordingly. For safety reasons we are doing all this on Tuesday, May 26th from 1-3 at Henry Clay. We are going to have a drive-thru drop off/pick up at the school. I will release the exact location as we get closer. They have started construction on the main entrance of the school, so we may need to be flexible.
School Instrument Return– Anyone with school instruments needs to fill out the google form below. If you have a school instrument that needs to be returned, please do so on May 26th from 1-3. Mr. Kite and I will be at outside of the school to safely take your instruments back. If you wish to keep your instrument through the summer (no rental charge), you may do so just complete the google form. If you are unable to make it to school at the time of drop off please take the instrument to Hurst Music and pay to have it cleaned and repaired before returning it. EVERYONE WITH A SCHOOL INSTRUMENT NEEDS TO FILL OUT THE LINK BELOW.
Tux/Dress Return – If you are graduating or not returning to the HC Band you need to return your tux or dress to Henry Clay on May 26th between 1-3. It needs to be complete and in the garment bag you received with your name on it. This is when and how it must be returned for safety reasons. If you lost any parts please let us know and I will send you the amount owed for replacements.
Guard Flags- If you are a member of the guard and need a practice flag for home, we will be at Henry Clay between 1-3 on May 26th for pick up. For Safety, this is the only time we are currently able to do this.
