Update- Communication, Parent Meeting, Disney, etc…

Dear HC Band Family,

I hope you and your families are well. As you well know, it has been a wild 48 hours and things have been changing rapidly as our public heatlth situation evolves. Please note the IMPORTANT updates below:

1.) Please stay connected with HC Band for current and up-to-date communication via email, Facebook, Twitter. As we have been explaining to our students for a couple of days now, we will relay information as we get it and need ALL of our families to read our messages and communicate concerns with me directly instead of taking frustrations out on school staff who have NO idea what your issues involve.

2.) We will have our normal Parent Meeting this Monday, March 16th at 7:00 PM in the band room. We have been working on several different scenarios for those involved in the DISNEY trip. In the NEW business portion of our meeting on Monday evening, we will discuss the different Disney options and decide how to move forward. Parents, if your children are involved in the Disney trip, you should make plans to attend the meeting so you can be a part of the discussion leading to our next decision.

3.) Currently, we are still planning to maintain our regular schedule until we receive additional information or directives. IF there is a change to our band schedule, you will see communication from Mr. Bayerle, a parent booster officer, or myself directly.
