Lunch in Indy after BOA performance Oct 25

Dear Band Family,

Sorry for the quick turnaround on this! We’re planning lunch for Friday in Indianapolis after the performance. We’ve decided on Tin Roof, which is about a 15-minute walk from the stadium (0.7 miles). We’ll have the entire restaurant, and the meals for students and chaperones are covered.

We’d love to have you join us! But we’ll need to ask you to pay for your meal. More information on the menu is below. The cost for the students is $20 per person including tax, and for parents, it will be $25. There’s room for up to 50 additional people – first come, first served. (Note that the restaurant will be closed to the public – the regular menu will not be available.)

To guarantee your spot, please pay by Wednesday Oct 23 – cash or check to Jenny or in the box in the band room (please write “Indy lunch” on the envelope and let me know if you put it in the box), or PayPal on the website (please make sure it’s clear who it’s for and forward the receipt to Jenny). We may also be able to take credit card payments at the booster meeting on Monday and at practice pickup. You’ll lose your spot if we don’t have your payment! Sorry to have to do it this way – we just need to keep it within our budget. Thanks for understanding.
