It’s time once again to start thinking about donations for our next band trip.
For the Muncie BOA competition, the hospitality team will be providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on Saturday. And snacks for the bus rides on Friday and Sunday.
Our lesson learned from Louisville is that when we make finals, dinner will likely be rushed. With that in mind we are going to mix it up a bit and do a full spread for the kids for lunch and do a grab and go type dinner.
For breakfast we will provide breakfast sandwiches from Burger King along with continental breakfast items such as pastries, bagels, cereal bars and juice.
For lunch we will be preparing a band favorite – Walking Tacos.
For dinner we will provide a grab and go meal of ChickFila sandwiches and fruit and chips.
Also, this will be a long weekend and we used up almost our entire back supply of water in Louisville last weekend. So we will be looking for as much bottled water as we can get to keep our kids hydrated over the long day of competition.

I will at both of the mini camps on Thursday and Friday near the band room to collect donations. Please bring your items no later than 2pm on Friday so we can get the truck loading well in advance of leaving for Muncie at 6pm.
