Dear Band Family,
I have attached the Bands of America Muncie Regional Championship itinerary for your review. Please observe the details carefully. The students will need to prepare for 2 nights on the road so carefully note “essential items to bring” at the end of the itinerary.
Another quick detail to plan, please be aware that we are staying at Northside MS which is actually on the contest site so any parent vehicles and our equipment trucks and semi will need to be relocated early Saturday before other bands arrive and the show starts. BOA reserved the lots for the show while we reserved the inside of the school 🙂
