Good afternoon to all. I wanted to let you know that the buttons are done and I will begin distributing them on Thursday. I will have them down by the practice field before pack the parking lot. After pack the parking lot, I will move to outside the band room while I also receive your food donations for the meal this weekend.
On Friday, I plan to be outside the band room towards the end of practice to again hand out buttons and collect food donations.
All food donations need to be in the band room by 7:45am Saturday morning.
A couple of other notes with regards to the buttons:
1. If you did not get your order in, it’s not too late. I will do one more printing of the buttons. Your form must be turned in by the end of the Parent Booster meeting on Monday night, Sept 17. This can be directly to me or in the band box. Please mark them Band Buttons.
2. I have ordered magnets that can be used to attach your button to your shirt (instead of using the pin that is on the back of the button). This can prevent picking/leaving holes in your shirt. If you are interested, they will be $0.50/ea and can be purchased on Thursday or Friday (please have exact change). I have limited supply at this time, so it is first come, first served. Based on interest , I will determine if there’s a need to order more.
