Hello, Band Family.  I’m so sorry that the link for reservations to Springhill Suites in Canton, OH for the weekend of October 12-14 is not working.  My recommendation is to visit hotel’s web site and use the group code HENHENA under “group code” when making your reservations.  Here is the hotel’s web site.  https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/caksh-springhill-suites-canton/  In the event that this hotel sells out, there are several other hotels nearby.
Many parents have asked me if they need to book a room for their students.  The answer is no.  The students and the chaperones stay together “drum core style” at a different facility.  More information on that will be forthcoming as the event draws nearer.
