Friends of Henry Clay Band-
We are so excited about the upcoming Pops Concert on Friday, May 18, 2018. The committee wanted to send a few reminders that will help you navigate the event more easily.
- Doors will open at 5 pm and the concert begins at 6 pm.
- Four (4) food trucks will be available for families to purchase food. Please be advised that the food trucks determine type of payment. Most take credit cards, but we cannot make that guarantee. You may also bring your own food and drinks for your table to share.
- The silent auction items consists of numerous themed baskets, athletic event tickets, jewelry, artwork, restaurant gift cards, and other various items. Payment for winning bids for the silent auction can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
- The “split the pot” raffle tickets can be purchased for $5 per ticket and must be purchased with cash.
- There will be a dessert table located on the student parking lot side of the gym. Purchases from the dessert table must be cash.
- Prizes will be given for the 3 best decorated tables.
We hope you enjoy the fellowship with other families and friends while listening to the wonderful music from our Henry Clay Band.
