Everyone,  Pops Concert:  Silent auction items need to be brought to school by tomorrow, Friday, May 11. (Flutes – kitchen, Clarinets – gardening, Saxes – car care, Trombones – movie night, Oboes/Bassoons/Fr. Horn – home improvement, Trumpets – UK, Tubas/Baritones – dining, 1st hr percussion – summer fun, 3rd hr percussion – fitness, Guard – pets)

Set-up for concert begins at 3:00 on Friday, May 18Help is needed to get the gym arranged. DO NOT show up to decorate your table at this time.  Table decoration can start at 5:00 pm.

Band Banquet: We’re feeding about 500 people. Entrée will be provided. Link below for sides and desserts. If you’re bringing a lot of people, then bring a lot of food. Junior parents are needed for setting up, cleaning up, and helping with the food tables.

Students: sign-up sheet in the bandroom for you to indicate how many in your family are coming

Concert Wear: Seniors and non-returning students need to return their dry-cleaned concert wear in the garment bag given to them earlier this year to the rack in the band room by next Friday, May 18th. Bluegrass Cleaners on Richmond Rd gives us a great rate; make sure to tell them you’re with the band. Make sure the student’s name is still in the pocket on the garment bag.
