Pit Crew Schedule

To all parents who plan on helping with the Equipment at BOA this weekend,
As many of you know one of our biggest competition of the year is steadily approaching, and I wanted to say thank you to everyone who signed up to help with the equipment this weekend. Without your help what the band is able to do would not be possible. The schedule for the parents helping is as follows:

Tonight WED 10-4:

Tonight is pack the parking lot night and if possible I need 5-6 people to help at the band trailer this afternoon to put together the scaffolding so the band can have it this afternoon to use during their last hour or so of rehearsal.

Tomorrow night Thursday 10-5:

Thursday the band is set to perform during halftime at the home football game. If you are helping with BOA you MUST be at this football game to help with the halftime show. We are using all props and equipment to help us get ready for Saturdays performance and what you do at the football game is what will be expected at the BOA performance. Tomorrow before the game we need to set out all the sideline panels to make sure the images line up. If possible everyone needs to be at the trailer by 6:00 and you if you want to you can park inside the gate by the softball and baseball fields during the game so whoever would like to leave after halftime may do so.
