HC Band Family,
The first competition of the year – Lafayette – is almost here. For dinner that day, we are planning to grill hamburgers & hot dogs. We will need sides, condiments, drinks, desserts, snacks, etc. I am also asking for monetary donations to cover the cost of the meat. As a reminder, all items to provide meals and snacks for the marchers, pit crew, chaperones and other leaders must be provided through your donations. Below is the link for signups for Lafayette.
Lafayette Invitational (Sept 16)
When you go to SignUpGenius, you will see the list of items needed. I have listed under each item how many we need and you will need to signup for the number of slots to match the quantity you will want to donate. For example, we need 20-12pks of soda for Lafayette. There are 20 slots available for you to select from. If you want to donate 2-12pks, please signup for 2 slots. If you have any questions about this, please let me know.
I will plan to be at the school next Thursday & Friday evening before the end of practice to collect donated items. All items need to be dropped off by Friday evening. All monetary donations can either be given to me or can be placed in the band drop box in the band room to my attention.
