Dear Band Families, Our upcoming POPs concert is Friday May 12th. It’s a great time to come and support the band program and all bands will be performing. We still have tables available ($5 per seat and each table seats 8 or you can also purchase a table for $40). Click link below for a flyer on details for purchasing a table.
There will be a silent auction with a lot of great items to bid on! As a reminder, each band section has a theme for the baskets that will be up for bid. We are asking that all donations be turned into the band room by Friday, May 5th. Please see below for the listing:
Flutes — Movie Night
Clarinets- Car Care
Saxophones — Family Night
Trumpets- College Dorm
1st Hour Percussion — Restaurants
2nd Hour Percussion — UK
Trombone, French Horn, Bassoon, Oboe — Summer Fun/Pool Party
Low Brass — Coffee/Doughnuts
Also, if you happen to have any baskets, tins, or tubs lying around that you would like to get rid of, we would gladly take them off your hands and use them for the silent auction. 🙂 Please feel free to bring them in with your donations to the band room by Friday, May 5th.
Back by popular demand, we will have food trucks at the POPs concert as well as a dessert table and drinks. If you would like to donate any baked goods, please send those in individually wrapped to be sold at the concert. Please bring them to the band room by May 12th.
