Dear Band Family,
I hope all are well! Congrats to all of the students who performed this past Saturday at our HC Solo and Ensemble Recital Day! I thought the students did a wonderful job overall and our judges and audience members were impressed with the outstanding levels of preparation and performance!
BIG week ahead as we enter our most important concert events of the year! Please note the schedule and details below:

Wind Ensemble Rehearsal 4-6 PM
Band Parent Meeting 7:00 PM … Please attend to see how you can help over the next few weeks!
HC Band Area Concert 7:00 PM in the Gym
Call time in Concert Attire (tux, black dress, black socks/shoes) is 4:30 PM
Reception by the Hospitality Committee to follow the concert … please contact Lisa Gray to help firstname.lastname@example.org
We would LOVE to have our HC Band Family welcome families from EJ Hayes MS, Morton MS, and all of our Elementary schools at the reception!

Drum Major Training 4-5:30 PM
Symphonic Band 4-6 PM
KMEA District Concert Assessment at Scott Co. HS …. see attached itinerary and carefully observe the details.
Call time is 3:30 PM … Our parents will feed the students, students will change into Concert Attire (tux, black dress, etc.) and depart at 5:00 PM for Scott Co. HS.
Performance times at Assessment in the Scott Co. HS auditorium are as follows:
Concert Band performs at 6:00 PM
Symphonic Band performs at 7:30 PM
Wind Ensemble performs at 9:00 PM
HC Prom … be safe and have fun!
HC Wind Ensemble, UK Wind Symphony in Concert at Singletary Center at UK 3:00 PM.
Call time for HC Wind Ensemble is 2:00 PM on stage at Singletary in concert attire (tux, black dress, etc.)
Tickets for the concert may be purchased at the door and are $10 adult/public, $5 for students/children.
