Busy Week :) Perc/Jazz Extravaganza Itinerary

Dear Band Family,

First, I want to send out a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to the Lab Band and Jazz Ensemble for scoring distinguished ratings and having 2 great performances this past Saturday at the state Jazz Assessment!  Our students performed very well and the hard work in preparation was evident in the detail of each performance!  Also, special THANKS to the 20 HC Band students who helped run the assessment this past weekend.  We have provided this service to the state now for 6 years and the students’ level of organization and work ethic has led to a great experience for all who visit our building!  As always, I am extremely proud of the HC band family and the work to provide great musical experiences to others!

We continue on with a BUSY week to lead us to spring break!  Please see the below schedule for the week.  We welcome a world renowned guest artist to our building this week in percussionist, Arthur Lipner!  You won’t want to miss his clinics and performance on Thursday with our program!
