Shifts for stadium seating removal Dec. 3

Dear HC Band students and families,

We are less than a week away from the Commonwealth Stadium seatback removal on December 3! If your student hasn’t signed up for a shift yet, please remind her/him to do so. And please let us know if you will be able to help as well (some have already done so — thank you!).

Each student in the band program is required to work one three-hour shift (though anyone is welcome to work longer). The shifts are:

• 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
• 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
• 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Keep an eye out for more details this week, after we finalize logistics with the stadium staff and have a closer weather forecast. Fingers crossed for good weather!
We’ll use the same method of stacking and palleting we used last year. The seatback company sent us a demonstration video, which you are invited to watch.
