Good evening/morning to all. It was a crazy, wet weekend but it was such a fun weekend. I’ve said that this was an interesting way to be initiated in as Hospitality Coordinator. I’m thrilled that it all worked out. Thank you to everyone that jumped in and helped out with the snacks & meal.
Because we made the adjustment to the meal this past Saturday, we are pushing the meal of Hamburger & Hot Dogs to this weekend at Ryle. Most of the items will make it to next weekend, which is great. Below is the link to this week’s SignUpGenius for the items we will need.
You will find it is mostly chips, drinks, desserts and snacks. As a reminder, all items to provide meals and snacks for the marchers, directors, pit crew, chaperones and other leaders must be provided through your donations.
SignUpGenius reminder: When you go to SignUpGenius, you will see the list of items needed. I have listed under each item how many we need and you will need to signup for the number of slots to match the quantity you will want to donate. For example, we need 15-12pks of soda for Ryle. There are 15 slots available for you to select from. If you want to donate 2-12pks, please signup for 2 slots.

I will plan to be at the school Thursday evening around 6:45 pm and Friday evening beginning at 5:15 to collect donated items. I would like to have all items to be dropped off by Friday evening.
