Hospitality Information

Dear Band Family,

Hi.  My name is Lisa Gray and I will be the Hospitality Coordinator for the band this year.  I am a freshman mom and feel very excited and overwhelmed at the same time.  I know it is going to be a fun year and I look forward to getting to know all the kids and parents.

Feeding people is something that I enjoy doing, but I know I will need lots of help making it successful for 175+ people for each competition.  If you are interested in being part of the hospitality team, please email me at

For the new marchers and family members, the hospitality team is dedicated to feeding the students a variety of affordable, healthy meals and snacks during each competition.  We have a very limited budget so we rely heavily on each family to donate food and/or beverage items for each competition.  You will see a few emails from me the week before each competition.  I plan to use SignUpGenius as the one source for what is needed for each competition and you can go to the link sent out each week to sign up for what you will be able to bring.  I will send out reminder emails as well.  We appreciate you assisting in any way possible.

You will be able to drop off your donated items to me either Thursday evenings during the Pack the Parking Lot or Friday night before the home game.  I will plan to park outside the band room each night.
