Picture/Button information

Good evening, Marching Band Family! I wanted to let you know about the buttons that Mr. Snider took pictures for the last 2 days. Parents and grandparents (and siblings) wear them at competitions to support their child.  It also helps parents be able to identify each other 🙂 They are $5 each and are 3.5” in diameter.

I’ve attached an order form, but you won’t be able to use it until you have a chance to choose the picture.  Joe will have a selection of pictures of your child for you to choose from. We have been asked by Mr. Bayerle not to post them publicly, because we haven’t received all of the photo permissions forms yet. Therefore, to view your pictures, you will have to request them from either Joe Snider joe.snider@gmail.com or myself kjar4collins@gmail.com. Right now, Joe has them in a private Flickr account and I will receive a flash drive in the next day or two. Please be patient when requesting pictures, as we both work during the day and it’s a tedious process to send out individual emails. We absolutely don’t mind sending them to you, just be aware that with 125 marchers, it won’t be instantaneous 🙂 After I receive the flash drive, I will try to send them to everyone who hasn’t already contacted me via email.

You may use the images for your personal use to order prints or whatever you wish–make sure to thank Joe Snider for his time and generosity!

To order buttons, please print out the form at the link below or order online using the second link and let me know which pose you would like. Click for Print Form.  Click for Online: https://goo.gl/forms/WQFwZS4oAHdZeN5m1

**If you would like your picture retaken, we will do them when we do the colorguard pictures.  We are waiting for their uniforms to come in, and I will send another email when that date is set.

The deadline for ordering buttons is September 10th. This gives me time to get them processed before the first competition on September 17th.

Please let me know if you have any questions!  Kimberly Collins 859-266-0004  kjar4collins@gmail.com
