BINGO Summer Schedule

I have attached the summer signup sheet for BINGO volunteers.  We still have several spots we need to fill.  As you all know, Bingo is our largest fundraiser and is needed for us to operate the band program – it accounts for over half of our band program income.  Without bingo, our band fees for class and marching band would each cost an extra $400 (so if you are a marcher, you would pay an extra $800 per year for marching plus class fees).  Everyone benefits from the income we receive from bingo, so please consider this if you have not signed up to help.  If you haven’t signed up for two spots, please let me know as soon as possible when you can work and I will get you added.  I appreciate your willingness to help.

June 11th – We are still in need of 1 additional parent volunteer

June 18th – We are in need of 2 additional parent volunteers

June 24th – We are in need of 2 additional student volunteers and 2 parent volunteers

July 2nd – We are in need of 8 additional student volunteers and 3 parent volunteerss

July 9th – We are in need 2 additional parent volunteers

July 16th – We are in need of 6 additional student volunteers and 2 adult volunteers

July 23rd – We are in need of 4 additional student volunteers and 1 adult volunteer

July 30th – We are in need of 8 additional student volunteers and 3 adult volunteers

August 6th – We are in need of 8 additional student volunteers and 2 adult volunteers

August 13th – We are in need of 8 additional student volunteers and 2 adult volunteers

August 20th – We are in need of 11 additional student volunteers and 3 adult volunteers
