Set-up and Clean-up for the Awards Reception

We’re all excited for Monday’s HC Band Awards Reception (the “band banquet”). If you are available and would like to help set up, there will be many moving parts and we’d love to have you! Even if you’ve never volunteered before, feel free to come by and assist.

We also need a lot of help cleaning up afterwards. Please consider helping out after the event is over.

We will begin decorating and moving tables on Monday, May 9th, at 2:30pm at Henry Clay High School (in the cafeteria). Clean-up will take place at approximately 9:30pm, or when the reception is over. If you can help, please email me at or Kristi Spencer at with the time you are willing to be there to help. We appreciate any and all helpers! You will help make it a special event for our students who have worked so hard this year!
