A small group met Saturday to discuss fundraising for the Disney trip. Below are notes from that meeting. We will need volunteer commitments to make this trip possible for all kids who want to go. Please read through the events and ideas and think about how you could contribute.
Midnight Bingo starts in July! Also, the Yard Sale is coming up July! There is a new Facebook event where you can post questions, post photos of items you are donating, and share with friends. There is also a spreadsheet at http://tinyurl.com/hcbbyardsale where you can enter your donations (enter an estimated value and you can then make a tax deduction!). Watch for more information about how to volunteer for these events!
