Good morning Henry Clay Band Family! We were able to add some additional tables by moving the silent auction section up near the bleachers. We have 4 tables left for reservation. The available tables will be located where the silent auction was set up last year. Remember you do not have to purchase a whole table – if you only need a few seats you can buy those as well at $5 a seat. Please contact me ASAP and let me know if you need one. As a reminder – Payment is due at the time the reservation is made. You may send your payment with your child to the band box in an envelope with my name on it. I also wanted to to let everyone know that Jill Rosenkrantz will be setting up a table near the silent auction area and selling baked goods. If you would like to make something and individually wrap it to sell, please do so and bring it Friday evening. All the proceeds made from the bake sale will be put towards our fundraising efforts for the band trip to Disney!
